Wow! Quite amazing really how much rubbish we in the 'developped' world consume isn't it?! The people in the latter photos look perfectly healthy and well nourished... probably they are healthier than those in the first photos who are consuming vast amounts of processed foods and fizzy drinks. Very interesting.

This really saddened us when we saw the meagre amounts that some families have to get by on....this should be a lesson to us all to be thanful to allah for what we have and notto be wasteful...I'm going to use this as the basis for a lesson plan for my kids insha'allah,
