WOW! I have always wondered if there was a better way to do this that my 'roll it in a ball and shove it the drawer method' LOL It may sound absurd but my heart skipped a beat watching how beautiful and simple that was. This the beginning of a small revolution in my linen drawer! Jazak Allah Khairun. P.S. Have you ever attempted to 'make you own laundry detergent' ? I'm sure she must have it on that site. Been thinking about trying, but been put of by the idea of grating the soap...
I reacted the same way, funny, isn't it? SubhaanAllah.
I used to make my own laundry detergent (see http://bizzi-he.blogspot.com/2008/08/short-break-before-blessed-month.html), but the laundry always smelled a hint of mould, as if they didn't get dry quickly enough, so dh objected... I might try some day with a different soap. I saw they had soap flakes in Morrisons back then, but I don't know if they still have it. I've got those balls that you re-use as well, but they don't wash very well.
I really liked you blog! Your posts are really nice, Mashallah! Keep up the good work! Do visit my blog too! Alia http://aliascreativelife.blogspot.com/
